The doctor fail to give me a proper examination and explanation of the proper course of treatment. The paperwork is a mess and could not provide reason for the change in paperwork from what was given to me and my worker comp adjuster. He release me while I was still in pain and did not even tell me. The medical assistant told me. When I ask why am I being release they said there is nothing more they can do for me.
