My husband had a heart transplant in November 22. Yesterday's visit was a periodic follow up. Dr Jaiswal was his heart failure doctor and has led us through this journey with the utmost of personal care and tremendous knowledge. I can't imagine how we would have managed without his support. We are forever grateful to him and to the entire transplant team at Hartford Hospital for their attention and expertise.
What a personable and highly informative doctor! I was referred there for a consult to determine whether I had an inherited cardiac disease. From the start, he pointed to his name on his coat and suggested we call him “Abi” as opposed to pronouncing his whole last name. He was very engaged throughout the consult and explained the condition and likelihood that I may or may not have it.
