First appointment I checked in with a machine instead of a human! when I was done it told me to wait till my name was called. It did not tell me to go up one flight to suite E…. Dr Chhabra ordered a blood test & put the wrong diagnostic code . It got denied by Medicare. I had a callus on my toe,Dr Chhabra cut it off & couldn’t stop the bleeding- hurt me more than he helped me my husband and I filled out “physician orders for life sustaining treatment”forms. doctor C forgot to Sign them so I mailed it to them & asked them to ... read more
