All the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend to everyone.
Everything went very smoothly. Dr Vemula explained the process well before, followed up with good explanation afterwards, answered questions, adult time felt rushed. The nurses and assistance, anesthetic, professional… All the same. The one thing I would suggest the practice do differently, is providing a different method of transmitting the prep instructions. I only have a phone, and I have no Google Chrome. It took some technical knowledge to translate the document into Adobe, despite it being a PDF – that’s a Google thing... read more
