Malpractice warning: Did not read any of my medical record, repeatedly and incorrectly stated which medication I am on, would not let me speak to convey necessary information regarding my medical history such as my last psychiatrist, incorrectly assumed details about my personal experience and medical history, and then proceeded to give me a diagnosis and prescription for an additional medication within the first 15 minutes. Absolutely.One of the worst experiences i've ever had wanted to change medication.I've been on for years after knowing me for fifteen minutes. She interrupted me and told me that if I did not change my medication and do it, her way that she wouldn't see me, which is ridiculous.I got up and walked out.Immediately, I saw the red flags would never, ever recommend her to anyone for anything!
