Mixed Review: The good - The therapist and treatment definitely delivered as expected. The treatment area is beautiful and serene. The bad - Everything else is lacking. The spa itself feels cramped, and does not create a relaxing vibe. There is no real social area, especially if travelling with a partner or in a group. The change rooms are small, the stream room is tiny and the shower stalls need an overhaul. The is no Jacuzzi (for men), pool, or relaxation area after treatment...you are left with a feeling of dissatisfactio... read more

I had the strangest experience at this spa. It was very touristy & was a money grab situation. The receptionist was very rude from the beginning. I wasn’t greeted properly & was rushed to pay for the bill as I walked in. It made me felt judged, like she didn’t expect us to have the money for payment. The therapist was amazing but everything was sooo rushed. We started at 1:45pm and ended at 2:20pm - it was suppose to be a hour massage. I received an 80 minute massage as a birthday gift. The experience was ok but very pricey, and at the check out the receptionist was very rude. The family member who bought me the massage as a gift had already entered his credit card info during the booking (I confirmed this with him), but the receptionist at the end acted as though she did not have it.
