I went to Anna to have hair extensions installed a while ago, because I saw how beautiful her work on IG was. The hair was fine, but her customer service skills were not good. She spent most of my appointment going back and fourth, in the middle of doing my hair, to go “take pictures”, and help one of her IG “influencer” friends get dressed in different outfits for said photos. Very unprofessional. She made me feel like my business was not important enough for her full attention. I never went back to have my hair done by her... read more
