I know all the therapists here personally and really love their mission and commitment to helping their community. Their office staff has been a little limited recently but if you are patient they offer the best care in the noco region.
Disrespectful and Degrading!! I called to schedule an intake for both of my sons whom are on the spectrum, and had to later cancel due to transportation issues (car broke down). I called to reschedule and it seems that No one in the office got my message?🤔? When speaking to the woman on the phone about the situation, she was impolite, offensive, and insulting! Just met with Mary and I feel like I've had an awakening. The way she communicates is very blunt and direct so that there is no confusion or misunderstanding. She said things that just clicked and made total sense because she wasn't dancing around difficult habits. This is what we need. If you want a clear understanding of what is going on and what you should and shouldn't be doing to better the situation. Ask Mary.
I have been with this practice for over 4 years . From speech wirh Mary to now O.T with Deana These 2 women lead with love . And kindness. Truly care about the kids they take on and their families as well . What a wonderful place.. Deana was honestly the missing piece they needed.
1st appointment provider was late and we left and rescheduled. Upon receiving evaluation and treatment recommendations provided along with discussion from speech pathologist it became clear the limitations of availability did not meet the providers own treatment recommendation. Positive is Sunday availability and text communication.
