Absolutely horrible & frustrating to deal with. Ramps impossible for an older woman to load & unload by herself. Truck stuck for days at multiple locations. I sent it out very early on a Monday morning, was told it should be at destination by Thurs or Fri, possibly sooner. Instead I'll be lucky to get it late the following Monday afternoon. I have to line up help unloading into a storage unit & cannot do the ramp myself. Needs to all be unloaded immediately so it's not blocking parking spaces & that will be impossible.
