The San Jose hub appears to be facing issues. I was contacted weeks before the expected delivery date for a large mattress I ordered online. The package was initially scheduled for Wednesday, but I requested a Thursday afternoon delivery instead. Unfortunately, I received another call on Thursday morning informing me they couldn't deliver today and would instead deliver on Friday. My tracking #ABF freight 106982338 showed delivered on Aug 5, waited and no one showed up. Called the next day the supervisor said: Not sure if the packages will be delivered today... Terible service. Don't even know their own schedule.
