We called to schedule a drop-off and were given a TEN HOUR window for delivery. Most other delivery companies give a much shorter window. To ask anyone to sit at home from 8am to 6pm is ridiculous. On top of that, the woman who I spoke to was extremely rude. After waiting 9 hours for the delivery, I called to check and was told it was not coming.
