I had the worst experience with ABF and wasn't at all expecting it. This is going to be a long review. I booked with a sea carrier (I'm moving overseas) to ship my personal items and ABF was listed as a partner of there's to transport palletized personal items. They have been working with ABF since 2023. One of your LTL driver's decided to cut off my company truck this morning so your driver could pick up a hot dog. Way to cut off a fully loaded 53 foot trailer and then brake check my guy! Called in in to be blown off by the driver's supervisor, unsafe move by your driver should be reprimanded. Great way to drive out there!! Do better ABF!
They went over the top to accommodate me. I didn't bring the right trailer to handle the load. They sat the load aside until I went back home for a bigger trailer. They got me loaded for the second time and sent me on my way.
