My package was ripped up on the side. Scratched the paint of my box, it happens. but when I walked in to talk to the employees, one guy was careful about deliveries, and the other didn't care. Like he hated life. The manager must have a talk with there employees.
Did well.
Great experience! I had a generator that I needed delivered but I was always working. So I called them and they allowed me to set up a pick up time at the docks with them. I am very grateful and the gentleman that helped me with forklift was very helpful and courteous.
