10/5. I can not say enough good things about this company. Last year, I hired another company to move a large machine and three additional pallets across country. They sent the wrong truck to the pick up. Then when they delivered, they only brought the three pallets--no machine! Turns out they didn't have the proper equipment to move/unload the large machine. It wasn’t bad at first but when we went to unpack, the truck, well the container of it couldn’t fit into the ramp, so we couldn’t open the door of the container. We couldn’t take our stuff out. So we called 809-unpack—-, A guy responded and when we explained the situation he said that it was because we were kinda late (5 minutes, they called us 1 hours early, we couldn’t just leave our work) and if they opened the container while we weren’t there, which we were like 2-3 feet away from it they were just a bit late for their n... read more
