I ordered truck parts and these people were hired to deliver them. They called to set up a delivery time. Said it would be next Monday. But i could pick it up Friday morning at their terminal. The guy on the dock put in the back of my truck and we did the paperwork. Upon getting home and opening the packaging, i found one part missing and one part destroyed. I immediately called abf and was told that since I signed for it, it was my problem. After calling to shippers, i learned that it had been on a pallet when shipped. I go... read more

I ordered an expensive item, 1600 dollars. When it was time to schedule delivery I talked with a nice person at ABF to set up delivery time and location. She told me I needed to have someone at my house to sign for delivery, and I would need something to lift the heavy item (300lbs) off the truck or I would be charged an additional fee for a truck with a lift gate. I arranged for my father to drive a tractor with forks 45 minutes to be there the night before delivery. Day of delivery ABFF text me that they were on their way.... read more

James Richard Kelsey Manon Daniel - I have 5 contacts at ABF and between them all I can't get one correct answer. they couldn't be worse. It's as if they're intentionally mis-shipping our goods on a daily basis. they completely ignore FDA demands and had us going back and forth for weeks. Now my goods are completely stuck at ABF. at this point it's willful negligence they have harmed me significantly
