I requested to ship a 5 gallon bucket weighing 37 lbs and was told that I would be sent a quote when the bucket was picked up. They told me over the phone that it would not be expensive and around $250 and I would be sent a quote when it was picked up and in transport. They never sent me a quote. When I went to pick it up at the Langley office yesterday they charged me $2,488.73. I complained at the price and the staff told me that I should have been charged at least 75% less for the transport. I asked for better pricing but... read more
