14538 nearly rear ended me on the highway SLOW DOWN
Whatever truck was on Sunset going towards rainbow at this time right now is the road bully and should not be driving your trucks. First off he’s driving 15 miles over the speed limit and anytime you see somebody trying to pass him in another lane. He speeds up.
Had our 5500# shipment ready and even used 2 fork lift to load on our trailer.
Transferred my package to a third party service who is a week behind. Still not delivered.. terrible
We had a terrible delivery guy. One of the boxes was damaged, and he. Refused to let US Open it to see if the cabinet was damaged on the inside. He was yelling at my office manager, stating that she didn't know what she was doing. And that she couldn't open it. She called me, I insisted that we open the box. His manager was on the phone and says we don't allow for boxes to be opened until they're signed for unless it's damaged is damaged. And he says, oh okay, then they can look in it. Terrible customer service.
