I was supposed to get an 800lb pallet of flooring delivered by my garage door on Wednesday. I received a call about the upcoming delivery just to find out that the driver wasn't able to deliver and just left. A manager by the name Matt told me I have to wait until Friday for the delivery. He assured me I would get the pallet delivered at the right address first thing in the morning. On Friday they drop the load off at the wrong address at 4pm.
