Worst company ever. They told us the hours for pick up then made our guys wait over an hour and when my office called to ask hatbwas talking so long the rudely hung up on us. Major companies should stay away!!!! We also watched them drop someone’s elevator who was also waiting an hr.
Terrible customer service and unreliable delivery. I scheduled a shipment with ABF Freight for my company’s $67,000 Fireline equipment. The representative I spoke with confirmed delivery for the following day between 9 AM–5 PM and stated they don’t offer specific time windows, even though I initially requested 10 AM–1 PM. Will more than likely edit this when and if we receive our shipment. Got a call yesterday, 12-29-25, to set up delivery for 12-30-25 between 9am - 3pm. At 2:30pm having not received the shipment yet I called to find out if they could check on when the driver would be arriving. Was told that it is not being delivered today, we were on a 'list' to call of shipments that weren't being delivered today. Awful customer service, no communication if your delivery is not on as scheduled!
GREAT JOB! Desperately needed a serious piece of freight that was delayed multiple times. NO FAULT OF ABF! I was told that the item was at ABF & there was no way I could get it from them myself. I personally went to the ABF depot & they were such a pleasure! The item which was a HEAVY transmission for a HEAVY truck, was crammed inside of a trailer, they took the time to dig it out & load it into my truck for me! ******WAY TO GO ABF (Mike the Dispatcher & All the great Women in the office)**********
