Worst company ever DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. The rent is way too high for the quality of the house. They never fix anything and if it is an emergency your call will go to the voice mail and never be returned. When they want you to renew your lease several months in advance and you sign that you will be leaving, they show your house without notice all days of the week at anytime they please. They tell you you can only have 3 house plants and can never have anyone stay the night or it will cost extra rent that month.
If only you could give 0 stars! They don't fix anything and are pushy when wanting you to renew your lease 6 months in advance. When I moved out they did every possible to keep the deposit including making stuff up that's wasn't even on the move out checklist that they are suppose to go by. Do not rent from this company!
Pay 725 a month and they won't fix nothing. Wish we could move now!
