I have been living in Aberwyck since 2012. Mainly due to school district and convenience. And since FRG Inc. took over and renovated the whole building, it's like living in our own new house. All the amenities, including health hot water heat and valet trash, 24X7 maintenance in case of emergency and the wonderful staff at the rental office. Rent is on the higher side, but you get more than what you pay for. I am so glad we are living here with both my daughter's school in this district and all major highways, grocery stores... read more
