I bought my vehicle in November of 2020. Since then it has been in the shop 4 different times, first time was for a transmission repair at 60k miles, 2nd time was due to all spark plugs not “making connection” and now it’s in the shop again unsure of what’s wrong now. I’m so disappointed in the car that I have purchased and spent hard earned money on for it to be in the shop more than it’s driven. This is in reference to the service department. Nice people, but I don't believe they know what they are doing. I have been dealing with them for the past 2 months (7 times in the shop) on my diesel. After the 7 visits and $3K later, the truck actually runs worse. After picking up the truck the last time, I immediately called them and left a message with Julian (service manager) and have yet to hear back.
