Bought my vehicle in 2022 it was totaled in 2024 I needed to get a refund on a contract I had so I contacted Jose SEVERAL times before he finally answered and said he would get it done that was in October 2025 I have contacted him atleast 5 times since then with no response and the refund has yet to happen its now February 2026 and no answers I have also contacted their front staff to see if he still works there or for higher up contacts also to get no answers.
Everyone I've dealt with at the dealership has been courteous, friendly and very helpful. I moved to the area 5 years ago. Since I knew and TRUSTED the service manager at the other dealership, I opted to drive an 1 hour for service. When the service manager from my previous dealership retired, I decided to try one closer to my home. The service manager at Abernethy's, is knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He has earned my trust and I look forward to working with him in the future.
The service is always excellent and my car runs like a dream afterwards.
