Great sales experience. Financing experience, not so much.
My first experience with the service department was good, they were friendly, and made the process easy. Unfortunately, my second experience was the opposite. I brought my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a concern with my USB connection/ CarPlay. When I called with follow-up questions about the diagnosis, Lauren(I believe) was extremely rude, short, and dismissive.
