This is where I take my work truck for service. The service team is always friendly and knowledgeable. If you are going, get there early though or a line might form which might lead to a longer wait time for your service.
My first time at Abernathy Chevrolet 1/27/25 and it will be my last time after being told not to "Ever Come Back" by Service advisor Jessica as she walks by Me. Apparently Jessica hates her Job & even though all her other coworkers were polite & courteous, Jessica clearly didn't get the memo that the Year is 2025 and minorities are allowed to get their car serviced & ask questions as Well. I have had several good experiences dealing with the owner and staff of Abernethy. They have a straightforward and upfront approach to selling cars. I've shopped several dealers in the greater Charlotte area and they are the only one that I found that DID NOT have some additional charge for a Dealer Add-on package. Friendly and Fair.
