I’m extremely disappointed with how Abernethy Chevrolet has handled an ongoing water leak in my 2020 GMC Terrain. I originally brought the vehicle to Abernethy to have the sunroof replaced. After the sunroof replacement, I began finding significant amounts of water in the rear passenger floorboard after rain. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership. I was told they brought in a leak specialist who determined the leak was coming from the roof antenna rather than the sunroof. That issue was supposedly repaired. Unfortunat... read more
I had a part replaced on my Buick Regal. They got me in quick for the repair, but labor charges seemed excessive and I had to scramble to find someone to pick me up and take me back the next day as they couldn't fix it the same day. Nice people working the desk.
I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Abernethy Chevrolet, very courteous and friendly people.

They were rude and short with me, they picked which car I should buy, they acted like they were doing me a favor, then getting mad at me for not bringing a Trade-in, his name is "Harry", I told him well I didn't know you guys were expecting a trade-in, they did not tell me what all to bring ahead of time, it's not like I buy a car every month let alone from a dealership, he wanted my insurance info, I didn't know it because my daughter recently added me to hers, so I told him, "I know it's Liberty something" he replied well ... read more
