Horrible place to stay, not a place to call home. The management could care less about you or your maintenence needs. I went on vacation, and come back to find my apartment was robbed. I felt as if there should of been more done to ensure safety in this community and that's one feeling that you just won't have in this community. I feel obligated to tell any potential renters my story and to caution them of this horrible community
If you haven't choosen your residence yet, please come by and check out Northwinds. There is new management, a new leasing staff, and new maintenance on site. They really are concerned with the needs of the tenant, the community and the city. The pool is cleaned weekly and is maintained by management. There has been no reported incidents of theft in my area. You should check it out and gather all the information before making your final decision.
I moved to this community over eight months ago and I have had the most wonderful experience here...The management team has been so compassionate to my needs. I reccommend this community id your looking for and affordable comfortable place to live.
