This review is based on the receptionist. There’s one lady who is so rude, my appt was running 30 minutes behind schedule (which was very annoying) and I said to the receptionist that I won’t be able to attend the entire appt because I have to go to work. In a very rude manner she responded “that’s your fault for not leaving enough time”. Shocked. My first visit she was pleasant but my 2nd and 3rd, not so much.

I see a professional here and the building is great, easy to get to,from anywhere really. Parking is plenty and lots of handicap.

The psychotherapist I was referred to did no "psycho" therapy whatsoever. Instead she had quite the attitude, was negative, and somewhat judgmental. I choose therapy to feel good about myself, and I felt that her opinions were quite harsh and unwarranted. She opposed all of my values with regards to what would make me most happy and fulfilled, and left me second guessing myself after each visit. I absolutely do not recommend using this clinic, this woman was incredibly unprofessional and rude at best.

There cannot be such a rude receptionist. I'm still surprised. My two children have fever, I say I can't come, she shouts saying I can't cancel. I say okay, should I come with my children? SHe says no, you can't come with the children. I say I can't leave my children at home alone and she scream. I say "What should I do then?" and she speaks in a very rude manner again. Unbelievable
