We stay in a condo sytle apartment. And you ceiling stay leaking
The owner is a tool and the place is falling apart! The management is often absent and it takes forever for mantenance to fix things. There was a fire in the seventh floor recently and they evacuated the building and we were unable to return until 4 days after. Tenants could break their lease if they could be out in 2 days. I mean everything out in 2 days! I tried but it was impossible. Luckily, I only have water damage. The mold is killing me though. Do not live here. It is not worth it!
