IMMACULATE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Megan is AWESOME SAUCE!!! This is my first time renting from this facility and I've had the BEST EXPERIENCE!!! The facility is clean!! Great place if you need a storage unit!!
The staff here is amazing and so accommodating! We rented two units and used the trucks several weekends in a row with no issues at all.
We have used the storage for a couple years, recently we had found rat droppings through our unit since November ‘25 and recently retuned to find even more droppings. We reached out to management back then and was told they would not help us out as they do not cover damage by rodents. They are blaming it to the recent construction nearby. We reached out again when the situation worsened, and they are still unwilling to assist us in anyway.
