Great place if you need a storage unit!!
The staff here is amazing and so accommodating! We rented two units and used the trucks several weekends in a row with no issues at all.
We have used the storage for a couple years, recently we had found rat droppings through our unit since November ‘25 and recently retuned to find even more droppings. We reached out to management back then and was told they would not help us out as they do not cover damage by rodents. They are blaming it to the recent construction nearby. We reached out again when the situation worsened, and they are still unwilling to assist us in anyway. I’ve rented a storage unit here for the last year! The people are professional, friendly, helpful and always ready to help! Facilities are clean, pest free, easy to access and secure…Aberdeen NC Self Storage has been so great….cant thank them enough for being real pros!!!!
My experience with Aberdeen NC Self Storage was perfect from start to finish. I called from clear across the country and arranged for delivery of my pallets before I was able to arrive, and Megan took perfect care of me - she handled the delivery, and then moved the items into a storage locker for me.
