Terrible staff. They aren't following HUD rules, and if people don't complain they'll continue to mistreat vulnerable populations.
The employees are rude and selfish. For being a HUD program, that is intended to serve people in need of housing, they aren't doing a good job. Ive known person after person to have gotten charged outrageous cleaning and repair fees. A lot of the units they own are in terrbile shape. One guy had water running down his wall during the rain for over two years with every rain. One person had no a.c. and wasnt allowed to put in his own window a.c. even though the temperature was well over 100⁰ and the humidity was high too. One ... read more
