way over price and not useful. They charge $1000 for a simple NYC condo. They checked about 30mins and reported nothing useful for negotiation. They may not know what condo buyers care the most. Also, they send reports in HTML and traditional mail (certainly at customer's cost), which they say is a "creative" way to present. I cannot download HTML and have to manually scan the printed mail to save it as PDF for future reference. This is SILLY. A PDF is much easier for downloading and viewing. Please don't fool customers!
