Have had ongoing issues with my rear shocks. Had them replaced then had to have warranty work for a bad shock. Seven months later and I am having issues with the same shock that was replaced. They also like to call people concerned with other people’s safety socialists.
Great experience! Will definitely be coming back in the future. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.
Extremely friendly and helpful. Doesn't feel like a typical high-pressure experience at all. Although I was considering a few different vehicles, some much more expensive than others, I was never pushed toward one or the other. This was surprising and not something I'm used to when shopping for a new car. Refreshing to say the least!
Beware of their promises. I was promised a dvd player that was in on the "deal", and it's 5 months later, and I haven't received it. I have e-mail the salesman, Chris, and he doesn't return my e-mails or call me. We have two of their vehicles in our driveway, my son, has two, my brother two and my other son one of their vehicles. That is 7 total. I would think, our business would mean something to them.
