We went to the office and asked the office worker to put us in the wait list for available apartments. She said okay and pretended to put us in. We kept checking in for over a year to see if there are available apartments but she just kept saying it's full and gave other excuses. We finally emailed the company and they told us that we were never on the list to begin with. The woman lied and tricked us for over a year. Danielle made the apartment process seem so effortless. I have applied for apartments elsewhere in the city before but this was by far the best experience I’ve had yet. She was quick to answer all of my questions and did I great job of providing any information I asked for and stating any information she needed for me. Overall, great experience
