Stacey has been great and made it very easy to get into our new apartment. It was a quick and painless process
Taryn , the lead property manager, is a joke. She has refused to return my calls/emails for SEVEN days about a late fee that I did not understand. When she finally emailed me back she basically said oh well, pay it, and I asked her to call me so I can discuss it , and she refuses to return any other emails or calls.
