Spent $41,000 putting in floor heat and furnace air conditioner in house never finish the work got paid by my general contractor so I had to reimburse. Did the job in Webster South Dakota. I am still having Northland in Webster finish the work which I've spent $4000 extra so far so the price was High as hell. The work was shit never finished do not do business with these clowns you will regret.

It’s kinda hard to give an unbiased review when your contractor ghosts you. We agreed over the phone on a time to meet. That time came and went and I texted them to see if there was a hang up, and then I was left on read. Kinda not professional. It’s not hard to say you’re behind, something came up, we need to reschedule etc.

Very thankful for this business!!! After getting a ridiculously high quote along with a overly pushy salesman/estimator coming to our house from another "5 star" company that's well know in town I called Quentin. He provided the same service with no BS and at a fraction of the "popular" HVAC business in town. In and out in a day replacing our furnace and AC. Thanks for being a great business in our town!
