I asked for my old locks since I was moving away from Pensacola back home to Arkansas. He would not give them to me. Wish I would have refused to not pay him now looking back, I am sure he needed to use them on another car. My car Ever since he changed my locks about every two weeks my car does not start because the security system does not recognize the locks he put in. I got locked out of my house in the dark while it was cold and rainy. He showed up, unlocked my door, rekeyed two of my locks and even put an upside down deadbolt in right side up all within 34 minutes of my initial call. I could not be more thankful and pleased!
