Walk into the store looking for a dress! The lady walked right past me and didn’t say one word to me! The store was empty, on a Saturday before Mother’s Day and I definitely can see why! No customer service what so ever! Not even a hello! I spend my money where it feels wanted! I did see a cute dress, but no help to see if it came it came in a different color!
Sales associates do not greet customers. No one asked if I needed help. At checkout there was only 1 register open, 1 customer being helped. After 10 min of waiting (3 associates helping one customer) no one apologized for the wait. I would not recommend shopping at this store.
Honestly don’t expect help from anyone that works here. The app said this store had shorts that I wanted to try on so I went. They weren’t out but sometimes things are in the back. They refused to look for me when I politely asked them to check. Just going online like I should’ve
