Clothing is fine. I was very unhappy with the associates who run this store. All of the employees were in the very back of the store chatting and gossiping. No one asked if I needed assistance or even acknowledged my presence at that. People waiting by the dressing rooms and nobody present. When I asked an employee for assistance to unlock the dressing rooms I was met with annoyance. Will not be shopping in store here ever again.

The store is clean, I guess. Dust bunnies on the floor like underneath encaps and racks aren't being swept very well/often. Organized in most areas. The real issue and impact to the store here is the associates that are employed. Biggest concern is the lack of knowledge on current promotions. I worked retail in high school and college so I know what ruins a business and not knowing what is going on in your store is just lazy. I have never heard somebody speak so horribly about their coworkers and customers, and come to find out she’s a manager! She has blatantly lied about return policies and tried to tell me she couldn’t do my return without a physical receipt even though I had it under my account and it was within the policy. This place absolutely sucks with customer service. I won't chop here anymore. Trying to return something is absolutely ridiculous. You lost a customer
