Honestly don’t expect help from anyone that works here. The app said this store had shorts that I wanted to try on so I went. They weren’t out but sometimes things are in the back. They refused to look for me when I politely asked them to check. Just going online like I should’ve
Super friendly staff
This stores service was amazing an employee named Lyric helped me out so much. She helped me to pick out clothes and find the right size. She was incredible sweet and helpful! I had amazing experience I felt very welcoming.
This staff has been rude to customers for years. I've been a "VIP" (spent over $500) with them due to many online orders I've placed, but in this store it definitely doesn't matter. I don't mind a less-attentive staff, but please lose your attitude if you're in a customer-facing position. You work retail, and customers WILL ask you questions about promotions/sales, product sizing, etc. I don't know what the upper management is like, but I can't help but think that the Store Manager has poor judgment when it comes to hiring..... read more
