The guy at the front desk was blunt but helpful, which I appreciate. But the room was dirty and busted. The sink was cracked, the faucet wouldn't stay on (you have to wash your hands one at a time while you hold the handle up), the toilet seat was hanging on by a thread, the fixtures were dusty and the floors were dirty. I found a wad of hair on my towel. The whole place has a Barton Fink vibe. Sure, it's close to the airport, but convenience isn't enough to make it worth it - not at these prices.
Mishal helped us check in and was so welcoming and friendly and made sure we knew about shuttles, breakfast, and everything we needed. So professional with a great balance of friendly kindness! Thank you! Our room was comfortable and clean. A nice start to our girl's weekend.
It’s an average hotel to stay conveniently located to catch train to Vancouver or Airport.
Not the worst, but not great either. On the plus side, the beds and pillows were very comfy and the towels fluffy. The shuttle is very convenient and service was friendly. That being said, you need to request housekeeping. When you do, they will change the sheet and towels, but not wipe the sink or tables. The continental breakfast leaves something to be desired.
