Mediocre experience. Shuttle is a nightmare, driver drove right past the shuttle pickup location without stopping. When leaving hotel shuttle did not come for 850am despite booking the night before. Ended up showing up 30 minutes later. Rooms were clean, but dated. To top it all off, Wyndham rewards points were issued on a room rate ~$150 lower than paid. Won't be staying there again.
Small room and the air conditioner was so loud I barely got any sleep.
The first impression of the hotel was a run down building. The good points were the pick up from the airport was very good. A helpful driver. Fast service. Very large shower room. No bath. Good shower with good control. Kettle in the room was good. TV fine. Welcome at reception was ok. Helpful in getting my room early. Bed was ok. Terrible hygiene and rude staff—only the shuttle bus was good. The only positive thing about this hotel is its shuttle bus service. Everything else was a disaster. During my 4-night stay, the room smelled bad, the floor was sticky, and there were flies/insects in both the bathroom and the breakfast area. The check-in receptionist was extremely rude—claims they couldn't read my passport, wrote "106" on the card sleeve, handed me the key, and dismissed me without telling me my room number.
