Bob performed our home and radon inspections on new construction and he did an excellent job from beginning to end. He was very flexible with scheduling and arrived on time. He was very friendly and took his time to explain everything to us and answer our questions. He was extremely professional, knowledge and easy to work with. His report was very timely and thorough. We highly recommend him!
I have never done a review before but I felt I needed to after my dealings with Bob and Aber Home Inspections. He was an absolute pleasure to accompany on our home's inspection. He is very knowledgeable and his rates are affordable. If you are looking for an inspector, look no further. Bob Aber should definitely be your choice.

I would recommend Aber Home Inspections hands down to anyone! Firstly, they were able to fit me in right away-which was great. And, I couldn't have asked for a more thorough inspection and detailed report. There is so much stress involved in purchasing a new home, it was nice to feel like I could completely trust the quality of my inspection. Bob was also friendly and very knowledgeable. Mr. Aber conducted my home inspection for my first home purchase. Since I was new to home buying, he walked me through the whole process of why a home inspection is necessary, and what things he was going to inspect for. Even though I was buying new construction, there were still things that the builder needed to give more attention to, and Bob was easily able to point those out for me. Bob did our home inspection. When we went to turn on our heat on our 3rd floor for the first time it did not work. After we had a tech come to the house we found out that the heating/cooling system had never been completed. We were also told that the air conditioning on our second floor never worked properly. Aber s inspection report said NOTHING about the heat not working on our 3rd floor or the cooling not working on our 2nd floor.
