If I can give this place 0 stars I would. The service is slow. They give you an appointment and make you wait 2-3 hours. What’s the point of an appointment then. They need to fix their scheduling hours as well as hire new front desk workers. Also there are flies here so be prepared for mosquito bites. Place is barely clean.
I have been a faithful patient of Doctor Abend for almost 10 years now. She is a professional in her field, wait time is no issue when it comes to getting the best dental work. I'd rather wait an hour instead of a cheap rush job, and i guess that concept is hard for some people to understand.
I had to pull a wisdom and was referred here by my regular dentist. I was concerned after reading some some negative reviews but my experience was very good. The front desk was helpful and Dr Abend's assistants were very professional. Dr Abend herself is very business like and she also has good chair-side manners. She explained everything and before extraction ,she was concerned with the roots because they were deep and at an angle. She told me the roots may cause a small complication and they did. Dr. Abend is a wonderful doctor. I started seeing her many years ago and am amazed at how skilled she is, how experienced she is, not to mention as delightful as the rest of her staff. I feel incredibly thankful to have found such a great dental practice. HIGHLY recommended to all !!
I went through very complicated oral surgery. Dr. Julia Abend did excellent professional job, the surgery took about 3.5 hours, but recovery was easy and about a few days without any side effects. All of the medical assistants and other office employees was very polite and professional. Dr Abend the best doctor I met in my life. Thanks all of the office for your excellent services and work done.
