If you move here don't stay to long there's constant drugs sold and being used there also older man that likes saying inappropriate things to lady's and couple renters think they the law and will call the owner on you over anything they can even if they aren't following the rules themselves like 4 example if you 1 foot to close to the building b4 you put out your cigarette or you park to close to their car.. its so sad when there is such bigger things to worry about Not a good place at all.. the maintenance manager is a cre... read more

Racist Management company. Evicts everyone who is not white. Accuse people of everything under the sun. Says that if during Covid if your windows were open to let in fresh air that you must be smoking. Doesn't repair things in timely manner. They watch to see how many visitors you have. The owner goes around sniffing outside people's doors.

Those who rent here beware, you will be accused of everything under the sun, including but not limited to having a fan in your window "proves" you are smoking your apartment, not parking in between the white lines(petty) leaving the community grill a mess(never used it) leaving the gas on of the propane tank for the grill(again never used it) drinking on property ( never states anything in the lease against having beer on property you are currently renting) neighbors take photos of your vehicle and opens your door to you car... read more
