I had a great experience at Abenaki Dental Care today. I had a cleaning with Jen the hygienist who was very nice and also gentile in my mouth. The doctor who checked my teeth was very honest and friendly. They went to the same dental school as my dad who is retired now-Georgetown. Another time, Dr. John also did a wonderful filling on a broken tooth. Really recommend new patients to this office.
RecommendedI have been going to them for well over a year now, every time I go I feel nothing (until afterwards when numbing wears off). It such a relaxing experience I’ve fallen asleep a few times, the dentists explain everything and are so nice. I recently got two teeth pulled out and only thing I felt was the thread across my chin when he (Doctor Matt) stitched my gums closed. They cured my fear of dentists
I recommend Dr. Matt and his staff to anyone! Especially to patients who have serious fears of dentistry. They are amazing! Dr. Matt is extremely gentle and he knows his stuff inside and out. Matt is the type of dentist you feel is a friend. There is nothing cold or clinical about his office. Dr. Matt and his staff are super cool, very friendly, accommodating and down to earth. You will be in the very best care with him and his staff! He's one of a kind!
They have taking great care of me this year. 10 fillings,2 extractions and more. They listen to there clients and treat all of them like gold. I had 3 fillings this morning and it was simple. Professional experienced and caring throughout there Dental company.
I Love Abenaki Dental Care. The staff is amazing. Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable, AND extremely caring, warm and friendly as well. The treatment I (and my son and husband) have received is excellent. I love that everything is explained to me, my questions are welcomed and answered, the staff is NEVER rushed! I actually love going in to the office because the atmosphere is so wonderful. I highly recommend them!
I went in with a fear of having my teeth worked on. I got them done yesterday and I can honestly say that Dr. Tim and his assistants made me comfortable and completely relaxed. I HIGHLY recommend him and his amazing staff! Not only are they so nice and welcoming, they were efficient, walked me through everything, and made me feel calm and like I was just talking to friends while watching friends 🤣 Thank you to the entire staff for making me feel calm and welcomed, you are ALL amazing!!! 💜💜
Open, caring and knowledgeable! They talked over my concerns with me and answered all my questions. Nicole was great and Dr Tim was very nice. Both know their stuff and have great "bed side manner"! Relived to have found a dentist office that doesn't give me anxiety!
Dr. Matt is an absolute super hero. He and the entire staff are the gold standard for customer service and patient care. Can’t recommend this practice enough. Dr. Tim is great too!
If you want to witness QUALITY customer service, you need to check this group out because that’s the kind of service you get with them. I was on their schedule for a new patient cleaning for Feb 2019, but a sinus infection with a bad tooth had me calling them for an emergency appointment. They not only got me in, they treated me, gave an after treatment plan and follow up appointment. I never felt so at home with a dentist office before and they all call you by name. Thank you
