I used to see NP Abena Ivy and she was thorough when it came to blood work but denied me getting medically necessary sedation dental work that needed to be done so she stopped my plan of treatment with my oral surgeon when a primary had to approve it. I came back with my mother present to ask her about it and she started going through my chart and found the request and I also told her he had sent one to me on a prescription paper and I brought it in to her and she said nothing back about it but created a horrible mess for me... read more
NP Ivey was very patient and thorough. I appreciated the amount of time she spent with me as a new patient. She asked tons of questions, made collaborative comments and gave honest feedback. I did not wait long and felt my needs were met beyond my expectations. The nursing and office staff were professional.
