One of the worse experiences i have ever had at a service company. We purchased a new 2024 Pathfinder from them last year. The air conditioning stopped working a week ago and my wife called for a service appointment. My wife explained she had doctors appointments the following day. Our scheduled appointment was for 9:30 am. I dropped off the car the night before so that they could have it early.
