As an early morning service type of guy the team is always friendly, proactive in service versus being reactive, and lively to be around. I have never had a bad experience with the customer support team or the service team

I was really impressed by the level of customer care that I experienced at my most recent service at Ableoff Kia. I came in a day early by mistake for a service appointment and I was told that my appointment was scheduled for the next day. It was not their mistake, but as I started to walk out the door, the service attendant said she would reach out to her manager and see what she could do and surprisingly although being booked that day she ask if I wouldn’t mind waiting a little longer, they would try to fit me in.
