Had an issue replacing a 70 year old exterior door knob. Couldn't open the door. Abell showed up within 45 mins of me calling. It was a challenging fix for the tech, but he got it done in a reasonable amount of time and got the new knob set installed. The cost was high, but I was paying for Saturday service, quick response and technical knowledge and ability. Well worth the money considering the only other alternative would have been to cut the door out with a chainsaw.

I had an emergency situation where my apartment door accidentally locked while food was boiling on the stove inside. I called this locksmith company and Tiger arrived incredibly fast. He immediately understood the urgency and opened the door within minutes. He was calm, professional, and very efficient. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without his help. And also the price was fair. It’s hard to find honest and reliable service these days, but this company really impressed me. Highly recommended!

Best locksmith in the lower mainland! Unlocked my door in less 5 mins without damaging anything. I’ve had to call other locksmiths in the past and they always used to drill my lock without trying to pick it or anything but this company is very professional and tries their best. Definitely recommend without hesitation.
