We called Abell because we had a red ant problem in our backyard, as well as black ants in our front yard. They came in and assessed the concerns, let us know that because we have a pool (the red ants were right next to our skimmer) they were not able to spray. They placed a device next to the skimmer, and within days the ants were gone. They sprayed the rest of the yard and the front yard and we haven't seen ants since. Excellent customer service.
We have had Abell come out twice and we still have a mouse problem. My husband has called and has not had his call returned. We used another company a few years ago who offered a warranty, we couldn't find their name again, so we used Abell; big regrets.
