Simple failure to comprehend. One fills out a form on their site for a free quote, one then asks for email communication only, then...they CALL you... Its disappointing that many business, these days, seem to WANT to upset potential clientele. 1 star solely based on this; Im assuming their provided services are adequate...

Last year, I reported a squirrel issue in our attic and paid $847.50, trusting that they would resolve the problem.
