Communication with head office was less than satisfactory. It was difficult to get through to anyone. Barb celis was very helpful. Our technician B. Cole ( i think it was brandon) apologies as i forget the name.,was amazing. Very thorough explanation when he arrived. Efficient and very friendly. Answered all my questions no hesitation. Gave a thorough investigation of the area and had great recommendation for things we could do to help in the future. Would definitely ask for him if we ever need abell again.
The products work, the ants, spiders and earwigs are eradicated. The Technician was fantastic, friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank You Abel.
