WOW I could not have had a better experience with Abbey. I have been hesitant to find a salon on the coast because of bad past experiences. I cannot overstate how comfortable, confident, and valued I felt with Abbey. She is such an expert. She explained things to me in a way that showed her depth of knowledge. UPDATE TO RESPOND TO OWNER: I'd be happy to share with you 2 auto responses from your website "booking" from Sept & Oct 2024 if you'd like to provide your email address. Sometime during that time there were also calls to your number, too. I finally gave up trying. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Good luck getting a call back or email response. Tried 3 times to book an appointment and never got a response. Even if you're not taking new clients, you should at least respond to say so or leave an automated message.
