Extremly poor customer service. Staff was rude and uncouth. Will never be back.
I have had nothing but heck lately! My prescriptions aren’t ready until next day, can’t get hold of them on the phone, it’s awful!
I have used Abeldt’s and the customer service was great until recently. The pharmacy techs are so rude and disrespectful. I’m always forced to wait even though I call and make sure the prescriptions for my son are ready when I get there I always have to pull around or wait another 30-45 minutes. On one occasion my son needed his medicine and they refused to give it to me because the tech accidentally put in the wrong code and erased my insurance on file. My family has been using this pharmacy for years...there have been issues in the past but they were always handled professionally...UNTIL the last 2 months! I have been so ashamed to say I do business here because the staff has been VERY rude, unprofessional, condescending and unwilling to assist. I even sent in an email last month with my concerns that went unanswered...I am truly at a loss for words...

I took in a new prescription today. This was the FIRST and LAST time I will ever use this pharmacy! As I needed the medication, I was told to sit down and they would let me know when it was ready. That never happened! After 90 minutes, I got in the long line of people waiting to pick up meds; While the cashiers were friendly, the overall experience was awful! I won’t be back-
