I don’t know who was cooking lunch today at Abelardo’s on Shawnee Mission Parkway, but I was extremely disappointed with my food! I always order the carne asada plate, and I normally go to the Abelardo’s on Santa Fe. Today was my first time trying the Shawnee Mission Parkway location, and let me tell you, the difference was night and day!
